Refund processing time
Once your refund is approved, it may take 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. For wire transfers or international payments, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Partial refunds
In certain situations, Asmbly Labs may offer partial refunds based on work completed:
- Projects cancelled mid-development where significant progress has been made.
- Scope changes that require additional work beyond the original agreement.
- Services where partial deliverables have been provided and accepted.
Non-refundable situations
Asmbly Labs reserves the right to deny refunds in the following circumstances:
